Welcome to The Detail Spot. By booking or using our car detailing services, you  agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling a service.

Service Liabilty

We take great care in handling your vehicle, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, clear coat issues, or other defects. We may document your vehicle's condition before service begins.

Valuables

Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Payment terms

Full payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, venmo, paypal, or invoice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Weather Policy

If weather prevents safe or effective service, we’ll contact you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service. We will do our best to resolve any issues, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Damage Disclaimer

We take great care with every vehicle we service. However, by booking with The Detail Spot, you agree that we are not responsible for any damage of any kind that may occur during or after the service, including but not limited to cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, or aftermarket components. This includes issues resulting from pre-existing conditions or inherent weaknesses in the vehicle. All services are performed at the owner's risk.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions or disrespectful behavior.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
