Refund Policy

At The Detail Spot, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile detailing services with professionalism and care. Due to the nature of our work and the time and materials involved, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

No Refunds Policy

Once a service has been completed and payment has been made, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with results due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., stains, scratches, odors, or damage that cannot be removed)

  • Changes in weather or road conditions after service is completed

  • Customer cancellations or no-shows on the day of service

Our Commitment to Quality

While we do not offer refunds, we do care about your satisfaction. If you have any concerns with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We may offer to return and address any reasonable concerns at our discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 25% of the total service cost.
